Your day, one clear step at a time
A little more room for what matters.
Rituals brings tasks, project notes, and your daily plan together across the private workspaces you choose. It is a planning app in beta.
Plan, write, and take the next step
Capture a task, work through its checklist, keep notes and files with the project, and move work to a day that fits. Your task pages and progress stay together as the plan changes.
An optional Assistant can help think through work and prepare proposed changes. You review those changes before they are applied.
Connect a calendar with a clear purpose
Google Calendar is optional. Connecting an account lets Rituals confirm which account you chose and list calendars you can select for availability. Creating a separate Rituals calendar for task exports is an optional, separate choice.
After you review and approve ongoing synchronization, eligible task titles and schedules appear in that calendar. Later task changes can synchronize automatically. Changes made in Google are checked against the saved task, and conflicts that need a choice are held for review.
For other calendars you select, Rituals reads busy time ranges to help check scheduling conflicts. It does not request access to Gmail messages.
The privacy policy explains the permissions, event fields, storage, Assistant context, and what happens when you disconnect.
Your private account
Planning requires sign-in. Email, Apple, and Google options appear when enabled; access and any invitation requirement are shown on the sign-in screen. Linking a sign-in method does not connect calendars.
Choose which workspaces appear together while their tasks, files, settings, and history stay in place. These public information pages contain no private task records or connected-account details.
